1st Annual Buffalo Maritime Heritage Festival
Join the Buffalo Maritime Center, BAF and other WNY cultural organizations at the Colonel Ward Pumping Station. Hosted by the Buffalo Maritime Center, which is a nonprofit organization based in Buffalo’s Black Rock neighborhood, dedicated to highlighting and enriching Buffalo’s maritime history. It functions today as an inter-generational, community-learning center that seeks to promote traditional hand skills and crafts-manlike attitude. 6 Minute Building Stories, or 6Mbs, is part of a larger Building Stories dialogue. 6Mbs is an informal and fun gathering featuring presentations by esteemed speakers from diverse cultural disciplines. Meat Raffle FUNdraiser
All proceeds to benefit BAF’s ongoing programming! Basket raffles, 50/50 split and a cooler full of goodies will be available in addition to the meat raffle! Tickets for the Yeti cooler are available online now and the winner does not need to be present!
